I worked on the corner of Boylston & Clarendon for 6 years.... and then I moved to CT and they won the world series...... go figure!
Mrs Big Dubya, I haven't been to Boston in years. For some reason (cough cough Yankee fan I live with!) we always seem to end up going to NYC.
I shoulda taken my kids out of school to go see that. I am not a major sports fanatic, but it would have been quite something!
The only time I go to Yankee stadium is to see the Sox play. Unfortunately, Tickets to Fenway are ridiculously expensive.
Coincidentally, in May, I had a huge fight (on my birthday no less) on Boylston with my husband.
Leave it to me to ruin my own birthday. :(
